    Since there are 101 possibilities starting from 0,1,2,3....,99,100 and getting one particular mark (60) out of 101 possible marks is 1/101

  2. That's a right answer TSK. The general mistake done here is not considering '0' marks and landing at a wrong answer 1/100.
